It’s a new year and while I’m still unemployed I thought I’d really get down to business doing what I love instead of being stressed out about not having a job doing something I’m only really interested in…
SPADES will be featured on Tomgeeks.com tomorrow! (or today, depending on when you read this!) and hopefully will start updating again.
I’ve got projects in the wings that are short term and I’d like to focus on building a back log before I really get back to updating. So, where ever you go, if Spades updates, it’ll still be here

Also, coming soon is my participation in the Webcomics Tarot deck by Sen. I’m the 10 of Cups, which is unusually positive for Spades, but at the heart of trauma and heart ache lies the relief and joy we all crave, right? Hopefully someone will drop out so I can do the King of Swords too. Mwahha.
I have my own tarot deck bouncing inside my head since I was a kid, always wanted to make it. So maybe I’ll work on that slowly. Maybe I’ll finally get some discipline 
So, today I have websites to finish and classes to create at the local school. More very soon!

Are down for maintenance. I just upgraded Next-gen gallery plugin, and it destroyed pretty much all I had prior to that. sigh. Well at least NOW it doesn’t suck, like it did before. I tried to find a usable jQuery solution by hand, but everything sucked more than that, and took twice as long! Thank Gods, they updated it and now it’s as if it was made to be used by busy professionals.
Also, upgraded to wordpress 2.8.3 so let me know if anything else is messed up. Looks okay so far.
I’m thinking a redesign is in order since I never had time to really rip this thing apart, and it still looks like out-of-the-box comicpress. Blech.
